WILLIAM LeCLAIR
He became Chairman of Apex in January 2008. He is also currently the executive vice-president and CFO of Crew Gold Corporation.

DEOGRACIAS CONTRERAS
On January 20, 2008 Deo was appointed as President and CEO of Apex. He wil coordinate and supervise all administrative, legal, governmental and human resource concerns of the Company.

SIMON BOOTH
Simon Booth has been a director of Apex since October 2006. He is also the executive vice-president and COO of Crew Gold Corporation.

JOEL D. MUYCO
On March 2006, Joel D. Muyco joined Apex as resident manager and was appointed as director and vice-president for operations in October 2006.

DAVID B. PUYAT
He has been the corporate secretary of Apex since January 2006 and has held the position of director from December 2000.

BAIVERTH DIABO
He was appointed as an independent director of the company in October 2006. He is also a consultant at USAID and a director of San Dominico Minerals.
